Our factory’s injection workshop is equipped with 20 large (≥800T clamping force) and 20 precision small injection machines, enabling production of both large shells (e.g., hairdryer housings) and intricate components (e.g., shaver mesh covers, buttons). Over 90% of operations are automated via robotic arms and conveyor systems, monitored in real time for temperature and pressure stability.All raw materials are certified by ROHS and REACH to ensure that they do not contain harmful heavy metals, plasticizers and other harmful ingredients that may come into contact with the human body.Materials are sweat-resistant, chemically durable, and skin-safe—ideal for personal care devices. Recyclable materials are used throughout, with 100% of waste reprocessed in-house (≤30% reuse rate), minimizing raw material consumption.
